The location of the hotel is great, right next to the harbour and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. It is also conveniently close to the airport, making it easy to get to. The hotel is situated right on the coast, allowing for beautiful views of the sea. The rooms are spacious and clean, with fully equipped kitchenettes.
The hotel does not offer air conditioning in the rooms, which can make it uncomfortable during hot weather.

Marvellous location short walk to restaurants, the nearby rocky cove, and the idiosyncratic nature, and the room was fully-equipped.

Peaceful and charming location, clean and comfortable rooms, lovely views from the roof terrace. Despite some minor drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel.

This is an artificial "fishermen's village" - a touristic experiment from the early 1970'S. Although it is not really an old, small village it has definitely its charm still today!
The apartments are quite cosy, but really, really tiny! We had an apartment with two bedrooms and one of them was even too small to move the suitcase inside. This apartment was suggested for 6 people, but we absolutely can't recommend it for more than three (or two adults plus two children). There are several restaurants in the complex, but at least the two we tried were less than basic.

I had an amazing stay at Binivell Park - Caliu Apartments. The value for money was fantastic, the room was clean and well-equipped, and the location was perfect with beautiful views of the white houses. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
The breakfast menu could be improved.

The studio was okay. It was clean and spacious. However, as it is located right next to the restaurants and bars of the hotel complex there was a lot of noise at night.

I recently stayed at Binivell Park - Caliu Apartments for a relaxing couples' getaway. The apartments were clean and had a good shower, although the beds were a bit hard. The pool was great, although the atmosphere was more quiet and suitable for couples rather than families. The setting was beautiful, with a charming balcony overlooking the quirky fishing village. The receptionist was lovely and very helpful, always making us feel welcome. The location was convenient, with a sandy beach and snorkeling spots within walking distance, and plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. A very pretty and peaceful place overall.
Totally recommend this hotel.

We stayed at Binivell Park - Caliu Apartments for one night before moving into our holiday villa. The location was perfect, right on the coast. The complex had quirky courtyards and tucked away spaces, along with several good restaurants and cafes. Our room was by the immaculately cleaned pool, and both our dinner and breakfast were of great quality. The apartments on the main street were fantastic, providing a great atmosphere and people-watching experience. The supermarket and restaurants on the doorstep were a bonus. a truly enjoyable and unique stay.
I do recommend this hotel.

Our stay at Binivell Park - Caliu Apartments was fantastic. The location was beautiful and the rooms, although basic, were exactly what we expected for the price. We were pleasantly surprised to find that our 1-bedroom apartment had been upgraded to a spacious 2-bedroom apartment with a large terrace and a bit of sea view. The kitchenette was fully equipped and despite a few minor issues like a faulty heating hob and no kettle, it didn't affect our overall stay. The beds were very comfy and we enjoyed the ceiling fans instead of air conditioning. We also appreciated the privacy provided by the smartly built terraces. The swimming areas nearby were perfect for cooling down, although we didn't use the swimming pool. The local restaurant smelled lovely and the village had small shops for last-minute shopping. We never had a problem finding parking in the nearest public car park. we had a pleasant and budget-friendly stay.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful in showing me to my spotlessly clean and cozy room. I was pleasantly surprised by the electric heater already warming the room. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Despite the basic amenities, the apartment had everything I needed for a short stay. The pool was a nice addition, providing a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and friendly atmosphere.
Although there was no parking at the property, it would have been helpful if they had provided information on nearby parking options. Additionally, the presence of local teenagers using the car park as a meeting space resulted in noise disturbances throughout the night.
